스팸 금지 정책

폿즈(Potz)(이하 ‘회사’)는 수신자의 동의 없이 대량으로 발송되는 광고성 정보(스팸)를 금지합니다. 회사는 어떤 경우에도 구매·수집·임대한 이메일 주소 목록으로 광고성 메일을 발송하지 않으며, 그러한 목록을 이용한 발송을 제3자에게 위탁하지도 않습니다.

본 정책은 회사의 임직원뿐 아니라 제휴사, 대행사, 재판매자, 회원, 그 밖에 회사 또는 회사의 웹사이트 (getpotz.com)를 홍보하는 모든 제3자에게 동일하게 적용됩니다. 누구든지 스팸을 이용해 회사의 웹사이트를 광고하는 것은 금지됩니다.

• 사업자가 자신의 웹사이트 등에 공개한 문의용 연락처로, 개별적으로만 발송합니다.
• 대량 일괄 발송(BCC 일괄 발송 등)을 하지 않습니다.
• 정보통신망법에 따라 제목에 광고 표기를 하고, 발신자 정보와 수신거부 방법을 본문에 명시합니다.
• 수신거부 의사를 밝힌 상대방에게는 즉시 발송을 중단하고 발송 목록에서 삭제합니다.

회원은 서비스를 이용하면서 스팸을 발송하거나, 스팸을 통해 회사의 서비스·캠페인·웹사이트를 홍보해서는 안 됩니다. 위반 사실이 확인되면 회사는 사전 통지 없이 해당 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

회사 또는 회사의 웹사이트를 광고하는 스팸을 받으셨다면 biz@getpotz.com 으로 신고해 주십시오. 전체 메일 헤더를 함께 보내주시면 확인이 빠릅니다. 접수된 신고는 조사 후 조치하며, 필요한 경우 발송 주체와의 거래를 중단합니다.

Potz (폿즈)(“the Company”) prohibits unsolicited bulk email (spam). The Company never sends commercial email to purchased, harvested, scraped, or rented address lists, and never engages any third party to do so on its behalf.

This policy applies to our employees and equally to affiliates, agencies, resellers, members, and any other third party who promotes the Company or its web site (getpotz.com). Advertising this web site through unsolicited messages is prohibited for all senders without exception.

• We contact businesses only at the inquiry addresses they have themselves published (for example, in the business information section of their own web site), and only as individual one-to-one messages.
• No bulk or blind-copy mailings are sent.
• Every message identifies the sender, marks advertising content in the subject line, and states how to opt out, as required by the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.
• Any opt-out request is honored immediately and the address is removed from our records. We do not contact that address again.

Members must not send spam, nor promote the Company’s services, campaigns, or web site through spam. Confirmed violations result in suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.

If you received spam advertising the Company or this web site, please report it to biz@getpotz.com, including the full message headers. We investigate every report and terminate our relationship with the sender where warranted.
