Privacy Policy

Potz (폿즈)(“Company”, “we”) operates the review-campaign service “Potz” (the “Service”). We value your privacy and comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

a. Sign-up / Login

• Social login (Kakao, Apple) identifier and email address
• Apple Sign In may provide a private relay email (@privaterelay.appleid.com).

b. Profile & campaign activity

• Nickname, name, phone number, contact email
• Shipping address
• Profile photo
• Linked social accounts (Naver Blog / Instagram handle and public profile URL)
• Reviews you create, purchase verification and review screenshots

c. Point withdrawal / settlement (collected only when needed)

• Bank account details (bank name, account number, account holder)
• Resident Registration Number and legal name — for tax withholding and statutory payment statements under Korean income tax law

d. Automatically collected

• Service usage records, access logs, device information

• Member identification and login
• Matching, application and management of review campaigns
• Review submission/verification and providing applicant info to advertisers (vendors)
• Delivering shipping address for product shipment
• Point accrual/withdrawal and tax filing (withholding, payment statements)
• Customer support and notices

We do not provide your personal data to outside parties, except:

• When you apply to a campaign, your nickname, shipping address, contact and submitted review are provided to the relevant advertiser (vendor) for shipment and campaign processing.
• When required by law or a lawful request from an investigative authority.

We entrust personal data processing to the following parties:

We delete your personal data without delay upon account withdrawal. However, where retention is required by law, we keep the data for the following periods:

• Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Transaction/withholding records required by tax law: 5 years (Framework Act on National Taxes, etc.)

You may view and edit your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw consent by deleting your account. You can edit your information and delete your account directly under “Profile > Account Settings” in the app. Other requests can be made via the contact below.
